Prime Bank signs banking agreement with Agni Systems

Prime Bank PLC. recently signed Payroll Banking agreement with Agni Systems PLC., a leading Internet Service Provider (ISP) & Technology Company in Bangladesh, to offer comprehensive Payroll Banking services.

The signing ceremony took place at the bank’s corporate office in Dhaka.

Under this agreement, employees of Agni Systems PLC., shall enjoy exclusive payroll banking facilities which includes salary accounts with competitive rates, dual-currency debit card with fee waiver and lifestyle benefits, customized loan and credit card facilities and a wide range of consumer banking products & services on preferential terms to name a few.

They will also have access to PrimePay- the bank’s omni-digital platform that enables seamless and automated salary disbursement along with convenient, round-the-clock corporate payment solutions.

M. Nazeem A. Choudhury, Additional Managing Director of Prime Bank PLC and Md. Mohammed Abdus Salam, Managing Director of Agni Systems PLC signed the agreements on behalf of their respective organizations.

The signing ceremony was also attended by Mamur Ahmed, SEVP & Head of Distribution Network; Mehedi Zaman Khan, SVP, Commercial Banking Division; Hasina Fardous, VP & Head of Payroll Banking of Prime Bank and Zia Shamsi, Director of Agni Systems PLC; Md. Shaiful Islam FCA, Chief Financial Officer (CFO); Dulan K. Ukil, Head of Human Resources; Al Helal Md. Moudud Ahammed FCS, Company Secretary of Agni Systems PLC; along with other senior officials from both organizations were also present on the occasion.
