City Bank signs agreement with HSBC

City Bank PLC has signed an agreement with The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, Bangladesh, marking the beginning of a partnership between the two organizations.
The signing ceremony was held recently at City Bank’s head office.

Under the agreement, City Bank will provide employee banking services to HSBC Bangladesh. The ceremony was attended by senior representatives from both organizations.

In the presence of City Bank Chairman Hossain Khaled, City Bank Managing Director and CEO MashrurArefin and HSBC Bangladesh CEO Md Mahbubur Rahman signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.

City Bank Additional Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer Mohammad Mahbubur Rahman, Chief Economist and Country Business Manager Md Ashanur Rahman, Deputy Managing Director and Head of Retail Banking Md Arup Haider, and Head of Employee Banking Hasan Uddin Ahmed were also present.

Other senior officials from both organizations attended the programme.
