1000FiX announced as official LG parts distribution partner in Bangladesh
1000FiX Wednesday officially announced its partnership with LG Electronics as the authorised LG parts distribution partner in Bangladesh, marking a significant milestone in the country’s after-sales service ecosystem.
This collaboration will strengthen the consumer electronics service industry with a promise of access to genuine LG spare parts along with faster, more efficient and more affordable after-sales support for LG customer across Bangladesh.
The inauguration ceremony was graced by Sungho Chun, managing director of LG Bangladesh, Sehoon Kim, CFO, LG Singapore, Sunwoo Kim, regional service director, LG Singapore, Mohammad Zahirul Islam, managing director of 1000FiX services ltd. and Smart Technologies (BD) Ltd., alongside Rizwanul Hoque Chowdhury, COO, and Iftekhar Rasel, CSO of 1000FiX. along with a team of senior leadership team from both of the companies.

The event concluded with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and a guided tour of the new facility for the media and guests. The ceremony concluded with a close round table session where management from both of the company’s shared views and approaches on how to tap into the growing market in the South Asian Region.
