Sanjay apologises amid controversy

Bollywood’s popular actor Sanjay Dutt is in the news again.

But this time, not for the success of a new film, but for controversy over the lyrics and visuals of a song, he had to apologise.

Sanjay appeared in person before the Women’s Commission on Monday in face of controversy over the song ‘Sarke Chunar Teri Sarke’.

The Hindi version of the upcoming film ‘KD: The Devil’ has been accused of using obscene language in this song.

In view of this, the women’s commission summoned the people involved in the film.

Sanjay appeared before the commission and submitted
a written apology. In it, he clarified that he had no deliberate intention to harm the society or hurt anyone.
