Citizens Bank PLC signed an agreement with Reddot Digital Limited

Citizens Bank PLC recently signed an agreement with Reddot Digital Limited, a sister concern of Robi Axiata Limited, at the corporate head office of Reddot Digital Ltd in Tejgaon, Dhaka.

The agreement was signed in the presence of Alamgir Hossain, Managing Director of Citizens Bank PLC, and Md. Adil Hossain Noble, Managing Director & CEO of Axentec PLC. On behalf of their respective organizations, Md. Abdul Latif, Deputy Managing Director of Citizens Bank PLC, and Hasib Mustabsir, Managing Director & CEO of Reddot Digital Limited, formally signed the agreement.

Md. Mostafizur Rahman, Deputy Managing Director, Citizens Bank; Chowdhury Mohibul Hasan, General Manager, ICT & Software Solutions Business, Axentec PLC and high officials of the both organizations were also present on the occasion.
In accordance with the agreement, Reddot Digital Limited will implement a modern and integrated Human Resource Information System (HRIS) for Citizens Bank PLC. The platform is designed to streamline key HR functions, including employee data management, attendance tracking, performance evaluation, and automated payroll processing.

This initiative reflects Citizens Bank PLC.’s commitment to digital transformation and its ongoing efforts to enhance operational efficiency.
