Standard Islami Bank 425th board meeting held

425th board meeting of Standard Islami Bank PLC was held on Thursday at the bank’s Boardroom, Head Office and Dhaka.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors Mohammed Abdul Aziz presided over the meeting.
It was attended by Vice Chairman Gulzar Ahmed, Directors Kamal MostafaChowdhury, Ashok Kumar Saha, FerozurRahman, S.A.M. Hossain, Al-haj Mohammed ShamsulAlam, Md. ZahedulHoque, A K M Abdul Alim, Ashit Kumar Saha, JhahedulAlam and Independent Directors Golam Hafiz Ahmed &KhondokerRumyEhsanulHuq. Md. SharafatUllah Khan, observer of Standard Islami Bank PLC. &Director (PSD) of Bangladesh Bank attended the meeting. Md. SiddiqurRahman, Acting Managing Director and Md. MizanurRahman, FCS, Company Secretary of the Bank were also present in the meeting.
