Weather: Dry weather likely

Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) on Sunday forecasted that the weather would remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country in next 24 hours commencing 9am.

“Rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind and lightning flashes is likely to occur at one or two places over Sylhet division,” a Met Office bulletin said, reports media.

Day temperature may rise by 1-2°C and night temperature may rise slightly over the country.

The highest temperature on Saturday 35.8°C in Jessore and Sunday’s minimum temperature is 18.4°C in Tetulia.

The sun sets at 6:19pm on Sunday and rises at 5:39am on Monday in Dhaka.
