NRBC Bank holds orientation program

NRBC Bank PLC arranged a day-long Orientation Program for its 107 newly recruited Management Trainee Officers (MTOs) at the Head Office on Sunday.The program was inaugurated by the Chairman of the Bank, Md. Ali Hossain Prodhania, as the Chief Guest.

The Managing Director & CEO, Dr. Md. Touhidul Alam Khan, FCMA attended the session, while the Deputy Managing Director & COO, Mohammad Abdul Qaium Khan, presided over the program. Senior officials of the Bank and relevant division heads were also present at the program.

Addressing the participants, the Chairman Md. Ali Hossain Prodhania, emphasized the importance of integrity, discipline, and continuous learning in professional life. He encouraged the newly recruited officers to build a strong foundation in banking operations and to remain committed to ethical standards while performing their duty.

The Managing Director & CEO Dr. Md. Touhidul Alam Khan, in his remarks, highlighted the responsibility of the new officers in maintaining the Bank’s operational standards and customer service quality.
