SIBL holds business meeting in Khulna, Barishal

A Business Review Meeting of Social Islami Bank PLC (SIBL), operating under Sammilito Islami Bank PLC, was held on Saturday at a hotel in Khulna, with the participation of representatives from 26 branches of Khulna and Barishal Regions.

Asadul Mustafa, Associate Administrator of the bank, attended the meeting as the Chief Guest and Dr. Mohammad Bozlul Karim, Associate Administrator, was present as Special Guest, according to a media release.  

Heads of various Head Office divisions, Branch Managers, Operations Managers and Investment Officers, also attended the program.

The meeting reviewed the business performance of the branches and discussed strategies to achieve the bank’s business objectives.

Special emphasis was placed on the recovery of classified investments.

Participants were instructed to accelerate investment growth in the SME, agricultural, and retail sectors, expand import, export, and other non-funded businesses, and strengthen remittance mobilization and deposit collection.
