Bornita crowned Lux Superstar 2025

The much-anticipated grand finale of the country’s popular reality show Lux Superstar was held last Friday evening.

The grand finale of the popular reality show Lux Superstar took place on Friday (April 3) evening with a spectacular arrangement.

The return of the event after seven years generated immense enthusiasm among viewers.

Bidushi Bornita from Rajshahi emerged as the winner of Lux Superstar 2025.

Bornita received her trophy from Channel i Managing Director Faridur Reza Sagar, Unilever Bangladesh CEO and Managing Director Ruhul Quddus Khan, and Lux-Channel i Superstar 2007 winner Bidya Sinha Mim.

After receiving the trophy, an emotional Bornita said, “My legs were shaking, and I could barely stand.

I have reached this stage because of the love from the audience. I am grateful to everyone.”

The star-studded grand finale was held at the China Friendship Conference Center in the capital, with many celebrities from the entertainment industry in attendance.

Five contestants competed in the final round: Bornita, Amina Islam from Chattogram, Nusrat Afrin Yumna from Khulna, Tista Pal from Dhaka, and Najah Nawar Binte Nurul from Pabna.

Among them, Bornita won the crown of this year’s top beauty. She was awarded a special Swarovski crystal trophy along with a luxury car.

Najah Nawar Binte Nurul from Pabna became the second runner-up, while Amina Islam from Chattogram was declared the first runner-up.
