Fojit Shak Babu’s photo exhibition

On the occasion of World Environment Day, a photography exhibition featuring images by Fojit Shak Babu titled ‘Bachao Nodi Shitalaksya’ (Save Shitalaksya River) was held at Nalini Kanta Bhattashali Gallery of Bangladesh National Museum in the city’s Shahbagh area recently.
Parliament Member Gazi Golam Dastagir Bir Pratik was present as the chief guest at the inauguration of the exhibition, while British High Commissioner in Dhaka Robert Gibson and Aubert Sophie, Ambassador of France to Bangladesh were also present as honourable guests on the occasion.
Meanwhile Professor MH Millat MP was present as special guest, while Prime Minister’s Media Adviser and Editor of The Daily Observer Iqbal Sobhan Chowdhury inaugurated the exhibition. Professor Emeritus Anisuzzaman presided over the session.
