The North South University Social Services Club (NSUSSC) has successfully organised its annual humanitarian event, “Iftar Distribution & Eid Clothing 2026″ on 9th March at Jamia Islamia Darul Karar Madrasha, Mohammadpur, Dhaka. The initiative was organized with the aim of sharing the spirit of Ramadan by providing iftar meals and new Eid clothing to the students of the Madrasha.

Ramadan is a time that encourages empathy, charity, and unity. Keeping these values at the heart of the initiative, the NSUSSC arranged a meaningful gathering where madrasha students were provided iftar and new clothes for the upcoming Eid celebration.

Through the distribution the event aimed to bring comfort and happiness to the young students. A total of 550 Eid dresses were distributed among the students, including 250 dresses for girls and 300 dresses for boys.

Members of NSUSSC worked diligently to coordinate the event and distribute the iftar meals and clothing among the students. The event also served as an opportunity for the members to engage directly with the students, fostering a sense of empathy, compassion, and social awareness.
