Eid film ‘Rakkhosh’ in editing, teaser to release this week

Director Mehedi Hasan Hridoy made movie ‘Borbaad’ with Shakib Khan on the last Eid.

On the occasion of this Eid, he has directed a movie titled ‘Rakkhosh’ with Siam Ahmed. Currently, the ‘Rakkhosh’ team is busy with last-minute preparations.

Regarding the progress of this film, director Hridoy said, “The shooting of ‘Rakkhosh’ is over.

Now the post-production work is going on. Editing and dubbing are going on simultaneously.

I hope all the work will be completed on time. Then we will be able to submit the film to the certification board. Promotion is very important behind the success of any movie.”

Revealing the promotion plan for ‘Rakkhosh’, Hridoy said, “First we released the announcement video.

Then a still image of Siam was released. The official poster of the movie will be released this week. After that, teasers and songs will be released in stages.”

The shooting of ‘Rakkhosh’ started in Dhaka last December. After that, a major part of the work was done in Sri Lanka.

The director said that the actors were very dedicated in the shooting. Overall, the way he wanted to tell the story was possible.

Mehedi Hasan Hridoy said that there are many surprises in the casting, starting from the item songs of the movie.

He said about the story of ‘Rakkhosh’, “It’s been a long time since we’ve seen a crazy love story on screen.

It’s a crazy love story. Along with that, there’s family drama. The biggest thing is, it has three times the violence than the movie ‘Borbaad’.

I believe the audience will take it well and those who watch ‘Rakkhosh’ once will want to watch it again and again.”

Susmita Chatterjee plays Siam’s heroine in the movie ‘Rakkhosh’. The director claimed that Susmita’s chemistry with Siam is great; it will feel like a part of real life.
