3 artistes’ new song

International Women’s Day is celebrated around the world on March 8 every year.
This global day of celebrating all kinds of achievements of women, including social, economic, political, and cultural, will be celebrated with songs by three artistes of the country, Somnur Monir Konal, Antara Rahman, and Masha Islam. They have sung a new song on the occasion of Women’s Day.
The song sung by the three artistes is titled ‘Nari Jai Bari’. Shahid Mahmud Jangi and Pilu Khan, two craftsmen behind numerous popular songs, have come together for this song. Written by Shahid Mahmud Jangi, the song is composed by Pilu Khan.
The music is arranged by Mir Masum. Azab Records will release the song on March 8, Women’s Day. The animation video of the song has been made by Mir Hisham and Saraf Chishti.
Regarding talking about the new song, Shahid Mahmud Jangi said, “Women spend their entire lives searching for their own home. Sometimes it’s their father’s house, sometimes their husband’s house, sometimes their son’s house. Does she ever find her own home? The song was written with this eternal question in mind.”
Pilu Khan said, “I have sung songs on various topics with Jangi Bhai for four decades. Now another topic has been added to that list. I hope the audience will like this song.”
Konal shared her feelings by this way, “I’m happy to be able to sing for two legendary people. Being able to work with Jangi Bhai and Pilu Bhai is a unique achievement in my musical career.”
A similar sentiment is expressed in Antara’s words, “As a woman, I found myself in songs with such lyrics. Being close to distinguished people like Jangi Bhai and Pilu Bhai is an absolute blessing for me.”
On the other hand, Masha Islam said, “Shaheed Mahmud Jangi and Pilu Khan are two greats in our music world. It was great to be able to work with them. I felt very happy to be able to do the song with everyone. I hope those who listen to it will also like it.”
The video for the song ‘Nari Jai Bari’ will be released on March 8 on the artistes’ social media platforms, including YouTube channel of Ajab Records.
It will also be available on multiple international streaming platforms.
