Taylor Swift takes strict action against bed sheets sold with her name

US pop star Taylor Swift has filed a lawsuit against a company for allegedly trying to sell products using her name and popularity.

The singer has filed a complaint with the US Patent and Trademark Office opposing an application to sell bed sheets and bedding using the trademark ‘Swift Home.’

New York-based Cathay Home has filed a trademark application for the name ‘Swift Home’ to brand its products.

However, Swift’s lawyers claim that the way the company has presented the word ‘Swift’ is an exact copy of the singer’s personal signature.
