Actor Tawsif as model in Heme’s song

Jannatul Sumaiya Heme’s dream was to become a singer as a child.

She used to learn singing at Kochi-Kanchar Mela and Chhayanaut. Since then, she has been dancing, singing and acting at various events as a child artiste.

In 2014, she participated in a modelling based reality show and became the champion. She got a chance to appear in Channel i’s drama ‘Moharani’.

Since then, her career path has changed and she has been gaining popularity through acting.

Even though her dream of becoming a singer didn’t come true, Heme never left the company of music.

In the meantime, she has shown her talent as a musician by singing in a drama and a magazine programme.

Now she is releasing her first original song. On the occasion of Valentine’s Day, Heme’s new song titled ‘Dujon Dujonar’ is being released by Soundtech Music.

Heme said that even though she is fully focused on acting, she likes to sing in any conversation.

After hearing Heme’s song in one such conversation, producer Mahin Awlad asked her to sing the title song of the drama ‘Poran Pakhi’ about three years ago.

Then last year, she sang a song in popular magazine programme ‘Ityadi’ through lyricist Kabir Bakul.

This is the first time that her original song is being released under the banner of an audio company.

Singer Rafi has sung the song ‘Dujon Dujonar’ along with Heme. The song, written by Kabir Bakul, has been composed by Pulak Adhikari.

Tawsif Mahbub has modelled with Heme in the music video directed by Saikat Reza. The song was released on February 13 under the banner of Soundtech.

Regarding the song ‘Dujon Dujonar’, Heme said, “Every year, many of my dramas are released on Valentine’s Day, and this time too, my song is being released along with it for the first time.

So, I’m very excited. I acted in its music video myself. Tausif Mahbub is with me. I hope the audience will like it.”
