BAGHC students get new books

The textbook distribution festival for the new academic year 2026 was held in a joyful atmosphere at Banophool Adibashi Green Heart College (BAGHC).

These new books were distributed to the students of the Bangla medium and English versions of the morning and day shift of the college from class I to class IX. Ven. Honorable Chairman of the College Governingbody Ven. Prajnananda Mahathera was present as the chief guest at the textbook distribution festival. College’s Rector Professor Tarun Kanti Barua, Principal Dr. Sanjoy Kumar Dhar and teachers Also present at the textbook distribution festival, says a press release.

The atmosphere of the book festival was observed among the students after receiving the new books. The chief guest Ven. Prajnananda Mahathera said.

‘Let the dreams of our students take wing on the pages of books. Best wishes to all the students for the new class.’ Encouraging the students at the event, Rector Professor Tarun Kanti Barua said, ‘The new textbooks will awaken the thirst for knowledge of the students and through the new books they will make themselves capable of facing the challenges of the future.’

Principal of the Banophool adibashi green heart college Dr. Sanjoy Kumar Dhar expressed his sincere gratitude to the Ministry of Education, the Directorate of Primary Education and everyone involved in the distribution of textbooks. He said, ‘We are very happy that like every year, we have been able to hand over the new textbooks to the students at the beginning of the academic year.
