Apex footwear holds annual sales conference 2025

Apex Footwear Limited on Tuesday held its Annual Sales Conference at the Samajik Convention Center in Ashulia, Dhaka.

The full?day event was attended by 1,500 members of the Apex family from across the country.
The conference began with a heartfelt tribute to late founder chairman Syed Manzur Elahi, whose vision and leadership laid the foundation for over three decades of excellence in leather craftsmanship and footwear innovation.

Elahi passed away on March 12, 2025, leaving a legacy that continues to inspire everyone at Apex.Under the leadership of the newly appointed chairperson of the board of directors Golam Mainuddin, unanimously elected on 23 April 2025, the conference continued with renewed energy and commitment to Apex’s core values.

This year’s program placed special emphasis on recognizing and celebrating the sales associates who achieved their target sales for 2025, highlighting Apex’s performance-driven culture.
The session was supported by key members of the leadership team, including Syed Nasim Manzur, managing director, Firoze Mohammad, chief operating officer, and Dilip Kajuri, chief financial officer.

The conference served as a platform for unity and celebration among all Apex employees nationwide.

A central feature of the event was the Performance Awards, where this year’s top achievers were honoured.A raffle draw was also held, giving participants a chance to win exciting prizes.
