Kings-Mohammedan Fed Cup match rescheduled

The Federation Cup match between Bashundhara Kings and Mohammedan Sporting Club, which is scheduled to be held today at Shaheed Dhirendrannath Datta Stadium in Cumilla, has been rescheduled.
The match has been shifted to December 23 at the same venue at 2.30 pm after Cumilla’s Deputy Commissioner has taken a step to organize parade in the venue marking the Victory Day.
However, the fixture of the day’s another match between Fortis Football Club and Arambagh Krira Sangha at Bashundhara Kings arena will be remained unchanged.
Mohammedan Sporting Club currently stand top of the points table in group B with four points from two matches while Bashundhara Kings placed fourth position in the table with one point from one match.
On the other hand, Fortis Football Club stand second position in the table with two points from two matches while Arambagh stand bottom of the table with without securing any point from one match.
Earlier, Mohammedan beat Bangladesh Police 3-2 in teir opening group match and played out to a 1-1 goal draw with Fortis Football Club in the second match.
Kings split point with Fortis SC playing out to a 1-1 goal draw in their group opening match.
Fortis also split point playing out to a 1-1 with Kings and Mohammedan in their previous group matches.
While Arambagh suffered a solitary goal defeat to Police Football Club in their opening group match.
