NCC Bank partners with Youth Development Dept

NCC Bank has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Department of Youth Development (DYD) to support young entrepreneurs and promote sustainable economic growth.
Under the agreement, NCC Bank will offer SME loan facilities to youth trained by the DYD, helping them become self-reliant and contribute to the country’s economy,according to a press release.

The MoU was signed by DYD Director General Gazi Md Saifuzzaman and NCC Bank Managing Director M Shamsul Arefin at a ceremony in Motijheel, Dhaka, attended by senior officials from both organisations.

Saifuzzaman said the DYD trains around 300,000 youths each year and the partnership will help reduce unemployment. Arefin noted that the bank aims to ensure no young entrepreneur is held back due to financial constraints, adding that the collaboration will help create thousands of new jobs.
