Oasis Accessories to invest $4.8m in BEPZA EZ

Oasis Accessories (Pvt.) Ltd. has signed an agreement with the Bangladesh Export Processing Zones Authority (BEPZA) to invest US$ 4.8 million in setting up a garments accessories factory at the BEPZA Economic Zone in Mirsharai, Chattogram, aiming to boost the country’s export-oriented industry.

The agreement was signed at the BEPZA Complex in the capital on Monday in the presence of BEPZA Executive Chairman Major General Abul Kalam Mohammad Ziaur Rahman, BSP, ndc, psc. Md. Ashraful Kabir, Member (Investment Promotion)od BEPZA and Md. Selim Reza, Managing Director of Oasis Accessories (Pvt.) Ltd., signed the deal document on behalf of their respective companies, says a press release.
