11th AGM of Global Islami Bank held

The 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Global Islami Bank held in hybrid system at Banquet Hall, Kurmitola Golf Club in the capital on Tuesday.

The meeting was presided over by Independent Director and Chairman Mohammad Nurul Amin, says a press release.

Independent Directorand Vice Chairman Md. ZamalMollah, Independent Directorand Chairman of the Executive Committee Nurul Islam Khalifa, Independent Director Prof. Abu Hena Reza Hasan, Independent Directorand Chairman of the Audit Committee Md. MahamudHosain FCA, Member Secretary of Shariah Supervisory Committee Prof. Dr. Mohammad Abdus Samad, Managing Director (Current Charge) Ataus Samad, Deputy Managing Directors Sami Karim and A.F. Shabbir Ahmad, Company Secretary Md. Manjur Hossain and other distinguished shareholders and officials of the bank were present at the AGM among others.
