Three killed in a road crash in Tangail

Mustafa Kamal Nannu, Tangail:
Three people were killed and one was injured in a road accident in Tangail.
A pickup truck and a motorcycle collided in the Batala area of Nalla in Dhanbari upazila on Thursday morning.

The deceased were identified as Al-Amin (30), son of Mohammad Jinnat Ali of Melandah upazila of Jamalpur, Swapan Mia(35), son of Mohammad Aminul Haque of Char Palisha village, and Juel (32), son of Nur Islam of Jamalpur Sadar upazila.

The officer in charge of Dhanbari Police Station, SM Shahidullah, confirmed the matter.
Police and locals reported that the victims were riding a motorcycle to Dhanbari Sadar when they collided head-on with a pickup van coming from the opposite direction. Three people on the motorcycle died on the spot.
