Southeast Bank MD resigns

Nuruddin Md Sadeque Hossain has resigned as the managing director (MD) of Southeast Bank Limited, citing health ground.

He submitted his resignation to the bank’s chairman on Monday, according to a source.

Earlier, on May 4 this year, the bank’s board of directors had placed Hossain on a three-month forced leave, which was scheduled to end on August 4.
