TheBrief: AB Bank organises workshop on EDP

AB Bank PLC recently concluded a month-long “Entrepreneur Development Program” (EDP) under the SICIP project of SME & Special Programs Department of Bangladesh Bank’s in Cox’s Bazar.
During the event, certificates were awarded among 25 trained entrepreneurs and eligible applicants were given loans under open credit disbursement programme .
The event was graced by Husne Ara Shikha, Executive Director of Bangladesh Bank as the chief guest.
Md Nazrul Islam, Additional Director and Program Director of Bangladesh Bank’s SME & Special Programs Department attended as a special guest, says a press release.
Other senior officials from AB Bank and the 25 newly trained entrepreneurs from Cox’s Bazar region were also present on the occasion.
