Delta Life Ins’ 39th AGM held

The 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Delta Life Insurance Company Ltd was held on Saturday, 26 July 2025 virtually through digital platform.
Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Hafiz Ahmed Mazumder presided over the Annual General Meeting, according to a press release.

Independent Director Barrister Fida M. Kamal, Members of the Board of Directors, Additional Secretary Ministry of Finance Mr. Azimuddin Biswas, ndc, as Obsever, External Auditors, Hon’ble Representatives of BSEC, DSE & CSE, Independent Scrutinizer, the Shareholders of the Company and concern Officers were joined the meeting.

Amongst others, the Shareholders of the Company approved the audited accounts for the financial year 2024and cash dividend @ 30 per cent against the face value of per share Tk 10/-.

In the closing speech of the AGM, the Chairman of the company said, “We are extremely proud that Delta Life has been operating with honesty and gaining people’s trust, consistently providing 30 percent dividend over the past few years.

In an insurance company, claim settlement is the key issue, where the company’s management expects 100 per cent performance.”
In this regard, Delta Life Insurance has been able to earn recognition in society, which has helped the company become well-established.
