JU VC leaves for USA

Jahangirnagar University (JU) Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr Mohammad Kamrul Ahsan has left for the United States on a five-day visit to attend the JU Alumni Association DC (JUAA-DC) Global Reunion 2025 at their invitation.

The Vice-Chancellor departed for Virginia, USA on Tuesday, said a press release signed by JU’s acting Director of Public Relation Office, Mohammad Mahiuddin on Wednesday, reports BSS.

During the visit, Professor Ahsan will deliver a keynote speech in a seminar on July 26 titled ‘Teaching and Learning in Bangladesh Universities – Past and Future.’The seminar will focus on enhancing academic skills and quality education at the university level to better prepare students for higher studies, research, and professional life.
