Primary scholarship exam in December

BSS Dhaka:

The government has decided to resume the government primary school scholarship examination after a long time.

The government has decided to conduct this scholarship examination separately after the annual examination in December from this year, according to a notice issued today.

It said that probable dates for the 2025 scholarship examination are December 21, 22, 23 and 24. The examination will be conducted in four subjects – Bengali, English, Primary Mathematics, Bangladesh and Global Studies and Primary Science (these two subjects will be taken together). The full mark will be 100 in each subject and the time has been set for 2 hours and 30 minutes.
The notification further said the institutions participating in the scholarship examination are-government primary schools, PTI adjacent checking schools, and primary schools adjacent to government secondary schools.

Among these, participation in the examination is mandatory for students of government primary schools and PTI adjacent checking schools.
