Iran vows ‘heavy response’ after Israeli strikes hit Bandar Abbas and gas field
Reuters:
Iran and Israel have effectively entered a state of war after Israel’s blistering attacks on Tehran’s residential buildings, nuclear facilities, and military bases killed around 100 people, including civilians, military officials, and nuclear scientists.
In retaliation, Iran launched five waves of ballistic missiles targeting Israel, destroying or damaging more than 150 military and intelligence sites across the occupied territories, reports Tehran Times. At least three casualties and dozens of injuries were reported in Israel.
The intensifying exchange has sparked fears of a wider regional conflict.
