Xpert Fintech acquires EcoSoft BD IT to expand broker-hosted OMS

Xpert Fintech Ltd., a leading provider of software development and digital solutions in the financial sector, has announced its acquisition of EcoSoftBD IT Ltd., a renowned vendor of Order Management Systems (OMS) in Bangladesh. The two companies formalized the acquisition through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 22nd April 2025 at Xpert Fintech’s office in Bijoynagar, Dhaka.
