About 3.5 lakh Rangpur children to be fed ‘A’ capsules

Around 3.5 lakh children in Rangpur district, like the rest of the country, will be fed ‘A’ capsules throughout the day on Saturday. Rangpur District Civil Surgeon Dr. Shahina Sultana said this at a press conference on the occasion of the National Vitamin A Plus Campaign-2025 on Wednesday (March 12) morning at the District Civil Surgeon’s Hall.
A total of 3 lakh 57 thousand 500 children in Rangpur district will be fed vitamin ‘A’ capsules at a press conference organized on the occasion of the National Vitamin ‘A’ Plus Campaign-2025. Out of this, 39 thousand 259 children and 163 disabled children will be fed blue vitamin ‘A’ capsules, including a total of 39 thousand 422 children aged 6 to 11 months. In addition, red vitamin ‘A’ plus will be fed to 3 lakh 16 thousand 526 children and 1 thousand 552 disabled children, totaling 3 lakh 18 thousand 078 children aged 12 to 59 months.
