6 cattle of farmer stolen in Fakirhat

As many as six (06) cattle belonging to a farmer named Sayeed Zahidul Islam of village Satshaya under Fakirhat Upazila in Bagerhat district were stolen from his cow shed by thieves at the night of Wednesday (Dec.18), says a delayed report received. According to the victim farmer, the price of the stolen cattles are about Tk.04 lakh. S M Alamgir Kabir, Officer-in-charge of Fakirhat Model PS said in this connection a written complaint was lodged with the PS and police are trying their best to arrest the thieves and recover the stolen cattles.
