Tabith collects nomination paper for BFF president post

The sell of nomination papers for the election of Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) began on Wednesday last. A number of 25 nomination forms were sold on that day. But there was none, who bought the nomination paper for the president post of BFF on that day.
Tabith Awal collected his nomination paper for the post of president of BFF on Thursday. Tabith Awal is the president of NoFel Sporting Club. General Secretary of NoFel Sporting Club Shakhawat Hossain Shahin bought the nomination paper for the president post of BFF on behalf of Tabith Awal. Shahin bought the nomination paper from Bangladesh Football Federation House yesterday. Tabith was elected as BFF vice-president for two terms in 2012 and 2016 as an independent candidate.
Shahin said, ” I am the general secretary of NofeL Sporting Club. On the other hand, Tabith Awal is the president of our club. I bought his nomination paper as he is very much busy with his works. He is a leader of a noted political party.”
The price of the nomination paper for the president of BFF is Taka one lakh.
It may be mentioned that Mizanur Rahman bought the nomination paper for the post of president of BFF yesterday. But he is not a well known person to the sports arena.
