IEEE Day celebrated at BAUET

The IEEE Day was celebrated at the Bangladesh Army University of Engineering & Technology (BAUET) campus, organised by the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) in collaboration with the IEEE Student Branch.
To mark the occasion, a workshop on “How to write a Technical Paper in Undergraduate Research” was held on Thursday at the Skylight Hall of the Nexus Building.
The workshop’s resource person was Dr. Mohammad Abdul Matin, Assistant Professor of the EEE Department of RUET and the special guest was Associate Professor Dr. Sumaiya Kabir. Dr. Matin expertly conducted the session, sharing his knowledge and experience and guided students on the proper methods of research and technical paper writing.
Dr. Md. Rubel Basar, Associate Professor and Head of the EEE Department of BAUET, faculty members, and students were present at the workshop.
The event began with a welcome speech by Md. Zakaria Shaheen Jony, a student of the EEE department. Dr. Rubel Basar highlighted the department’s progress and future plans in his closing remarks. A crest was presented to the resource person as a token of appreciation.
