Tree planting campaigns kick off in Ishwardi

With the slogan ‘There is no alternative to planting trees to protect the environment’, a series of tree planting campaigns have started in Ishwardi on June 23. As part of this, 3,000 trees were distributed among the students of three schools on Thursday and Friday. Convinced that there is no alternative to trees to control oxygen and environmental balance, Member of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Forests and Climate Change and MP of Pabna-4 Constituency Galibur Rahman Sharif has undertaken a program to plant lakhs of trees in Ishwardi and Atghoria. University students are working tirelessly to implement this program of the parliament member.
