Missing university student recovered after 23 hours

After 23 hours, the body of the missing university student Abidur Rahman Khan (23) was recovered by the divers of the fire service in Mithamin Haor of Kishoreganj on Saturday afternoon.
Deputy Assistant Director (DAD) of Fire Service in Kishoreganj, Enamul Haque confirmed the incident. He also said, ‘On receiving the news, the rescue team started operation at Karimganj and Itna. The body was recovered on Saturday afternoon and handover to police.
Deceased Abidur Rahman is a student of a private university in capital’s Uttara area and son of Professor Sarwar Zaman Khan, a resident in Chak Bazar in Chattogram City. Earlier on Friday, after boating with friends to Mithamin Haor in Kishoreganj, they went down to bathe in Hasanpur Bridge connection road area of Gopadighi Union.
