Bangladesh govt ships mangoes to India by bus

The government of Bangladesh has sent a gift of 300kg (15 cartons) of mangoes to the government of India.
The mangoes were dispatched to Consul Almas Hossain of the Bangladeshi Embassy in Kolkata through Shyamoli Paribahan and Green Line Paribahan from Bangladesh on Thursday morning, reports media.
Consul Almas Hossain will receive the mangoes in Kolkata and then hand them over to the government of India.
Subedar Mizanur Rahman, BGB company commander of Benapole’s ICP camp, confirmed that 300kg (15 cartons) of mangoes were sent to Kolkata as a gift to the Indian government on Thursday morning through Shyamoli Paribahan and Green Line Paribahan on behalf of the Bangladesh government.
The Bangladesh Embassy in Kolkata will then present the mangoes to the Indian government.
