13 BNP-Jamaat activists held

Chittagong city and district police in a series of drives detained 13 activists of BNP-Jamaat-Shibir from port city and four upazilas of the district on Thursday night.
Naimul Hasan, Additional Superintendent of Police (Special Branch) of Chittagong district said police detained 13 activists in overnight raids at various places of Sitakunda,Mirsarai, Satkania and Lohagara Upazilas on Thursday night to prevent possible acts of sabotage during country-wide blockade and hartal enforced by BNP-led 20-party alliance.
