Oil Tankers Assoc gets Bashar new Sr. VP

Abul Bashar, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bashar Group of Chattogram, has been elected Senior Vice President of Bangladesh Oil Tankers Association for the session 2024-26.
Family members, business groups and well wishers have greeted him with floral presentation.
Abul Bashar hails from Gatiadanga village of Satkania upazila,Chattogram. From very inception ofhis business, as a successor of his father, he gradually developed a business group titled Abul Bashar Group of Companies comprising several trading and industrial sectors. Abul Bashar is the founder President of Gatiadanga Alhaj Safia Mamtazul Hoque School and College, East Gatiadanga Habibul Ulum Islamia Madrasa, and Safia-Mamtazul Etimkhana, MA Bashar Academy, Director Bangladesh shipping Agents Association.
He established Al-sefa Hospital, Satkania, Al-sefa School and College, member of Maa O Shishu Hospital. He is also involved in various social and educational and business association of Chattogram, sources said.
