BS Silver Pen Awards distributed

The Birangana Sakhina (BS) Silver Pen Awards -2020 and 2022 were distributed among the persons working in journalism, research, science and technology, arts, education, language, literature and social service in a ceremony held at Shahid Shahab Uddin Conference Room of Mymensingh City Corporation on Saturday. President of the Electoral Committee Md. Fazar Ali presided over the ceremony.
Prof Paresh Chandra Moduk, ex- Faculty Dean and Chief of Agriculture Economy Department of Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh, was present as chief guest and inaugurated the ceremony organised by the Electoral Committee for the Birangana Sakhina (BS) Silver Pen Award, Creative Association and ACECC Association of Gouripur upazila. Dr. Mirza Mofazzal Islam, Director General, Bangladesh Institute of Nuclear Agriculture (BINA), Mymensingh, address the function as a special guest. In welcome speech Founder and General Secretary Mohammad Raihan Uddin Sarker gave an account of purpose and the background of the ceremony. The function was conducted by Md Sadekul Islam Sadek, Md Anwar Hossain and Jahirul Islam Liton. The ceremony turned into focusing the History of Birangana Sakhina .
