‘Monitor markets to keep commodity prices stable’

The Deputy Commissioners (DCs) have been asked to enhance monitoring in the markets to keep the commodity price stable, as it’s now a major challenge for the government.
At the same time, they were also asked to confer due honour to the valiant freedom fighters.
The instructions were given on the third day of the ongoing four-day annual conference of the Deputy Commissioners (DC conference).
In the sessions of the third day, the ministers, state ministers, secretaries, senior secretaries, and other relevant high officials of the ministries and divisions of the authorities briefed the DCs about the government’s policies and gave necessary instructions from the government.
In the third day, the sessions were allocated for the ministries and divisions of Defence, Armed Forces Division, Liberation War Affairs, Law and Justice, Housing and Public Works, Science and Technology, Post and Telecommunication and ICT, Information and Broadcasting, Public Administration, Foreign, Expatriate Welfare and Overseas Employment, Environment and Forest, Power and Energy, Public Security Division, and Security Service Division under the Home Ministry.
