Journos demand declaration of 10th wage-board

A protest rally was held by journalists of Barishal division on Sunday demanding implementation of wage-board regulations. Central leaders of Bangladesh Federal Union of Journalists (BFUJ) and journalist from different corner of the division were present in the protest rally in front of Ashwini Kumar Hall on Sunday afternoon.
Omar Farooq, president BFUJ and Chief Guest at the protest rally said that the journalists should be united, only then it will be easy to fulfill all the demands of them. He said, the dues of the Ninth Wage Board should be paid by the owners. Apart from this, the activities of the 10th Wage Board should be started soon.
