Cold storage being constructed on farmland

The upazila administration has stopped the construction work after getting the news that Bushra Group’s cold storage is being constructed on three crop lands in Santahar of Adamdighi Upazila of Bogra without the approval of all relevant government departments.
A week ago, after the upazila executive officer ordered to stop heavy work, the owner of the company did not remove construction materials, but continued to bring construction materials.
An organization named Bushra Group of Santahar of upazila has used the opportunity of waiting for the passage of the law to prevent the construction of industries and factories on three crop lands in the upazila.
