Man kills brother over family feud

A man was stabbed to death by his younger brother over family feud on Thursday night at Shimulthola Bazar in Karimganj upazila of Kishoreganj. The victim was indeed as Abdul Hay (60) son of Abdul Jobber in Zafrabad area of Karimganj upazila.
Police arrested the victim’s younger brother Abdur Rashid (50) from Sholakia in Kishoreganj town on Friday morning.
When contact to Officer in Charge( OC) of Karimganj Police Station , Mizanur Rahman told the New Nation, received on information, police rushed to spot and body recovered Body was sent to Syed Nazrul Islam Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy..
The blood-stained knife used in the murder was recovered. Shahera, the wife of the deceased, has filed a murder case against two accused at Karimganj police station Friday afternoon. Main accused Abdur Rashid has been arrested, Karimganj OC added.
