Shakib to seek specialised eye treatment in London

Bangladesh all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan is doubtful for the first few games of the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) as the all-rounder is expected to seek eye treatment in London. A source from the Bangladesh Cricket Board informed that Shakib has been having trouble with his retina. This issue has affected his ability to see the ball while batting during practice for several days. It is believed that he developed retina problems during the World Cup which affected his performance. Shakib himself revealed this during an interview.
