They are excited to be listed in BTV

Bangladesh Television (BTV) lists new artistes in different types of songs every few days. Legendary, talented and experienced artistes are usually shortlisted by BTV through auditions.
A few days ago, the final audition of the modern song took place. And the final result of that audition was revealed on January 7. Many artistes of this generation have been listed in BTV’s modern songs.
Artistes are very excited to be listed and they are proud. Notable among those enlisted in this generation are Moumita Barua, Sharmin Keya, Nolok, Mak Apal, and Antara Das.
While sharing her feelings in this regard, singer Moumita Barua told this correspondent, “I sang the song titled ‘Kichhu Kichhu Mon Achhe Protidan Chaina’ written by respected Gazi Mazharul Anwar Sir. I feel very happy to be listed in modern songs on BTV. When I was a child, I used to think about joining BTV after seeing my father.”
Another singer Sharmin Keya shared her feelings by this way, “I rendered the song titled ‘Mayabi E Raate’, which was sung by one of my favourite artistes, respected Sumona Haque. Learned critics were impressed by my music and I am sincerely thankful to everyone who has finally listed me on BTV for modern songs. I want everyone’s prayers.”
Singer Nolok said, “I recently rendered the song of Andrew Kishore Sir titled ‘Amar Saradeho Kheyogo Mati’. I have sincere gratitude to those who chose me in the final. I am really proud to be listed in my life channel on BTV.”
Meanwhile, singer Mak Apal told this correspondent, “In the last round of auditions, I rendered the song of Lucky Akhand Sir titled ‘Agey Jodi Janitam’. A long time ago, I was supposed to go to a show in Morocco, on the day I went to get my visa, I was asked if I was a listed artist of BTV. Now I can say, well, I am a listed artist of BTV. I am very proud of it.”
On the other hand, singer Antara Das shared her feelings by this way, “I was really upset not to be able to go to the final round of ‘Serakontho 2023’. Then I came home. But I feel very happy to be listed on BTV in modern songs in this upset. I rendered the song of Runa Laila Madam titled ‘Chonchola Haware’. I am also a listed artiste of Khulna Betar.”
Meanwhile, a duet song with Akash Mahmud titled ‘Sadher Cox’s Bazar’ by Antara Das is going to be released soon.
However, Mak Apal’s new original song titled ‘Achine Pichhutan’ has already been released.
On the other hand, Sharmin Keya’s new song titled ‘Chhuiyo Na’ will be released this month.
