Fu-Wang Ceramic holds its 28th AGM
The 28th Annual General Meeting of Fu-Wang Ceramic Industry Limited held on Sunday virtually. Sayeed Rezaraj Ahmmad, Director of the company presides over the meeting. Md. Shaheed Hossain Tanjil, Nominee Director, Narayan Roy, Independent Director, Mohammad Hamidur Rashid, Independent Director, Rafiquzzaman Bhuiyan, CEO, Ahmed Monabbi, Chief Financial Officer, Md. Abdul Halim Thakur, Company Secretary along with a large number of shareholders were present. In the meeting, shareholders unanimously approved 2% cash dividend for the all shareholders other than sponsors and directors for the year ended 30 June, 2023 and also passed other agenda of the meeting.
