Mohammedan draw with Sheikh Russel in BPL Football

Dhaka Mohammedan Sporting Club Limited drew 1-1 with Sheikh Russel Krira Chakra in their match of the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) Football at Rafiq Uddin Bhuiyan Stadium on Friday.

Maohammedan’s foreign recruit Souleymane Diabate put his team ahead in the ninth minute taking a mistake of Sheik Russel’s defender.
After the lemon-break, Sheikh Russel’s foreign recruit Landry leveled the margin in the 64th minute of the match.

Meanwhile, Rahmatganj MFS made a 2-2 goals draw with Brothers Union Limited at the Bir Shreshtha Shaheed Flight Lieutenant Matiur Rahman Stadium in Munshiganj on the same day.

Brothers Union’s Uzbek recruit Otabek put his team ahead by a penalty kick in the 18th minute of the match. Rahmatganj’s foreign recruit Boetang leveled the margin in the 26th minute of the match.

After the intervals, Mahbubur Rahman Sufil of Brothers Union increased the tally into 2-1 in the 67th minute of the clash.

Rahmatganj’s Samin Yasir equalized the margin just two minutes before the long whistle.
