Journo Tanjim files GD over threat to life

Undefined miscreants threatened journalist Md.Tanjimur Rahman working for a news portal ‘citypost24.com’ to kill.
Later, a general diary (GD) recorded at Khilgaon Police Station as per Tanjimur Rahman’s application where he wrote that he felt unsecured after getting life threat from unidentified persons.
Tanjim said on the GD application that one unknown person on December 6 last gave him life threat after publishing a news written by him on his news portal over blogger, publisher and author killing case.
After getting the life threat, Tanjim said that he understood that some suspicious people are following him everywhere.
Then he applied for the GD in the police station.
Salahuddin Mia, Office In-Charge of Khilgaon Police Station said Tanjim has been filed a GD over the threat.
“We will take necessary steps after investigation,” he said.
Tanjim said that he got such threat several times earlier due to his report most of those went against irregularities, corruption and injustices.
But he felt this time’s threat is different as someone is following him in every place.
