Two songs of Asif Akbar with Shreya Ghoshal

Popular singer Asif Akbar once announced the new song.

Indian popular playback singer Shreya Ghoshal and Asif will sing two new songs. These are two duet songs – one in Bengali and the other in Hindi.

Asif went to Mumbai for voice training to sing a purely Hindi song. About the new song with Shreya Ghoshal, Asif Akbar said, “I am a fan of Shreya Ghoshal’s voice, which has won the National Award of India five times.

This versatile singer captivated the whole world. For three months Shreya and I were discussing the duet song project. Finally it was decided, one Hindi song and one Bengali song will be recorded.”
Asif Akbar said that the Hindi song will be recorded first.

This song written by Ravi Basnet will be composed by Rajeev Roy Chowdhury and Monotosh Degharia.
The song will be released on Asif’s YouTube channel under the banner of France’s Believe Music.

Shreya Ghoshal will give voice to the song on November 24 in Mumbai. However, the date of Asif’s voice recording has not been finalised due to illness.

Asif said that he will go to Mumbai to sing songs when he recovers.

Despite his remarkable success and popularity as a solo artiste, Asif Akbar has also ventured into duets with various renowned singers, including a memorable duet with Indian playback singer Kavita Krishnamurti in 2003.
